Referral and Rewards Policy

Welcome to 1Page.FYI's Referral and Rewards Program ("Program"). This Program is designed to reward our valued users ("Referrers") for introducing new customers ("Referred Users") to our services. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Policy").

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral and Rewards Program, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• 1.1. You must be a registered user of 1Page.FYI holding an active Pro Account following the completion of your free trial period.
• 1.2. Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of 1Page.FYI are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• 1.3. Beta Program Notice: This Program is currently in its Beta phase. Certain features and rewards are subject to change based on user feedback and operational requirements.
• 1.4. Reward Eligibility:
  • Points-Based Rewards: Open to all participants, regardless of geographical location or citizenship.
  • Revenue-Related Rewards: Limited to users who are citizens of India. Only eligible Referrers residing in India can receive coupon based rewards based on the subscription fees of Referred Users.

2. How to Participate

• 2.1. Unique Referral Link: Each eligible Referrer will receive a unique referral link accessible through their account dashboard.
• 2.2. Sharing the Referral Link: Referrers can share their unique referral link or their 1Page URL via personal networks, social media, email, or other channels to invite others to join 1Page.FYI.
• 2.3. Sign-Up Process: Users who sign up by filling out the referral form located in the footer of our website are automatically linked to the Referrer who shared the invitation.
• 2.4. Linking Duration: The referral link remains active for six (6) months from the date of the Referred User's registration.
• 2.5. Activation of Paid Account: If the Referred User does not start a paid Plus or Pro Account within the initial six (6) months, the Referrer's linkage to that Referred User will be deactivated.
• 2.6. Renewal of Referral Linking: Should the Referrer wish to maintain the referral linkage for a Referred User who has not activated a paid account within six (6) months, they must renew the referral linkage by updating their referral settings or re-inviting the Referred User, as guided by the platform's instructions.

3. Referral Bonuses and Payouts

• 3.1. First Year: Referrers will receive 20% of the subscription fee paid by the Referred User for the first year following the Referred User's registration.
• 3.2. Second Year: Referrers will receive 10% of the subscription fee paid by the Referred User for the second year following the Referred User's registration.
• 3.3. Bonus Utilization: Referral bonuses are automatically applied to reduce the Referrer's monthly subscription fee for the upcoming three months.
• 3.4. Coupon Rewards: After the initial three months, any remaining referral bonuses will be converted into coupons from our partner stores, subject to availability and partner terms.

4. Accounting and Payment Terms

• 4.1. Referral bonuses will be accounted for one month after the Referred User successfully signs up.
• 4.2. Bonuses are applicable as long as the Referred User's profile remains active and for a maximum of two years, whichever is shorter.
• 4.3. All payments and bonuses are subject to 1Page.FYI's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• 5.1. There is no limit to the number of Referrers you can invite or the number of Referred Users you can have.
• 5.2. Referrals generated through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the creation of fake accounts, spamming, or any other deceptive practices, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
• 5.3. Referrals made through unauthorized channels or methods not approved by 1Page.FYI will not be eligible for bonuses.

6. Termination of the Program

• 6.1. 1Page.FYI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• 6.2. In the event of termination, bonuses accrued up to the termination date will still be honored according to this Policy.

7. Changes to the Policy

• 7.1. 1Page.FYI reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time. Referrers will be notified of significant changes via email or through notices on the website.
• 7.2. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law.
